David Beckham to Rejoin L.A. Galaxy?

David Beckham will rejoin the Los Angeles Galaxy next month after AC Milan declined to make a higher bid before a deadline passed for reaching an agreement to acquire the English midfielder.

Beckham, 33, told the Galaxy he wanted to stay with the Italian club, whose initial offer was rejected by the Major League Soccer team. MLS Commissioner Don Garber set yesterday’s deadline to complete a potential transfer.

“We did not receive an acceptable offer,” Galaxy Coach Bruce Arena said in a statement late yesterday. “As a result, David remains an LA Galaxy player and we look forward to having him back with the club starting March 9.” The MLS season starts 13 days later.

It is the latest in a series of shots for Armani by the couple, but their first together.

89 Minutes for David Beckham In His Debut in Serie A

David Beckham made a start in his AC Milan debut on Sunday (11th Jan, 2009), playing 89 minutes in a 2-2 draw against AS Roma.

The English midfielder was replaced by Mathieu Flamini in the 89th minute. He exited mostly to boos from the Roma crowd.

"I felt good in the game, very strong and I enjoyed it," Beckham said. "I enjoyed playing with these players and in this city."

Beckham joined Milan on a two-month loan from the Los Angeles Galaxy of Major League Soccer, hoping to stay sharp so he can earn a spot on the English national team.

"I don't want to have regrets in my career," Beckham said. "I am very lucky to have this chance with this great club and I want to enjoy it."

PepsiCo Won't Be Bending it With David Beckham

After 10 years, soft drink giant PepsiCo Inc won't be bending it with David Beckham anymore. The soft-drink company and the England soccer star agreed to part this week, a decision both sides described as mutual in statements.

"We wish David well with the many projects he is pursuing and look forward to the possibility of partnering together with him again someday," the soft drink maker said in a statement.


"I hope everyone who has seen the work Pepsi and I have done together enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed making it and, who knows, there may yet be another chapter in this long relationship," he said in a statement.

David Beckham Gets Another Tattoo: "My son, do not forget my teaching but keep my commands in your heart."

England's soccer star David Beckham now shows a biblical proverb in Hebrew on his left arm which reads: 'My son, do not forget my teaching but keep my commands in your heart.'

His wife Victoria "Posh" Beckham isn't too keen on the new design.

'Victoria doesn’t think David should have any more tattoos and tried to stop him,' the insider tells The Sun.

'She is worried he is hooked and she doesn’t know where it will all end.'

Becks also has the Hebrew phrase 'I am my beloved and my beloved is mine' on the same arm, next to 'Victoria' written in Hindi.

The tattoo has been done by David's favorite artist Louis Malloy.

Last night (23rd November, 2008) at legendary nightclub Studio 54 at MGM Grand, soccer sensation David Beckham joined Ricky “The Hitman” Hatton to celebrate his victory to Paulie Malignaggi directly after the highly anticipated boxing match. David Beckham had always been spotted sneaking glances at cheerleaders, but this time the LA Galaxy star only had eyes for Leiweke,at an LA Lakers basketball game, who fans noticed like a younger and curvier version of Becks wife Victoria.

“The next few months will be tough on them. Victoria is stunned that people have suggested David might be off as soon as he got the opportunity. Any woman would feel paranoid with that speculation,” the Daily Star quoted a friend of theirs as saying.

LA Galaxy and England star David Beckham has started wearing mystical hippy beads to pep up his sex life.

The England midfield ace, 33, has turned to oddball gems and crystals to score more in the bedroom with wife Victoria, 34.

"David's a happy bunny,” the Daily Star quoted a pal, as saying.

"The gems were bought as a bit of a laugh but David and Victoria have certainly been smiling a lot since," the pal added.

Becks has even started his own fashion style. He was pictured wearing a necklace during the opening of Gordon Ramsay’s new restaurant in LA – on his wrist.

The jewellery, made by US firm Energy Muse, comes with a scroll promising the wearer will have better sex, health and work success ... if they chant every day.
