Juan Roman Riquelme scored twice to give Boca Juniors a 2-1 win over Racing Club and keep them top of the Argentine championship at the Bombonera stadium on Sunday.
Tigre moved into second place after coming from behind for a 3-1 win over River Plate who, incredibly, are bottom of the table.
San Lorenzo, previously second, dropped to fourth after their game against Huracan on Saturday was suspended by a torrential downpour in the 16th minute.
With two games to play, Boca lead the Apertura championship with 35 points from 17 games, two ahead of Tigre.
Riquelme opened the scoring with a 40th-minute penalty beating Pablo Migliore. Franco Sosa outjumped a group of Boca defenders to head Racing level in first-half stoppage time.
After becoming involved in an altercation with a supporter in the members' seats who apparently insulted him early in the second half, Riquelme volleyed the winner on the hour.
He then ran 50 metres to celebrate in front of the fan who became involved in a fight with other supporters around him.

Cricket : Middlesex Captain Ed Smith Retires
Middlesex captain Ed Smith retires from first-class cricket.
The 31-year-old Smith struggled with an ankle injury last season and was to be replaced by Shaun Udal as captain. And rather than drop back into the ranks, he has decided to bring the curtain down on his 12-year first-class career.
"It has been a real honour to captain Middlesex," he said.
"I have been very lucky to play first-class cricket for eight years at Kent and four years at Middlesex.
"I'd like to thank all the players, coaches and supporters who have helped me enjoy the game I love.
"I wish Shaun Udal and the team every success in the future".
The Cambridge graduate, who played three Tests against South Africa in the summer of 2003, spent eight years at Kent before switching to Middlesex after the 2004 season.
Ed Smith made 12,789 runs in 191 first-class matches, scoring 34 hundreds and averaging 41.79 with a highest score of 213.
Middlesex chairman Ian Lovett said: "Ed has always shown exceptionally high levels of energy, commitment and dedication to everything he does."

"It is good that I have got this opportunity to show West Ham supporters, and prove to myself, that I can be a big part of the prospects to come."

Andy Moles Appointed new New Zealand National Cricket Coach
New Zealand appointed Englishman Andy Moles as national team cricket coach, replacing John Bracewell from next week.
Bracewell, who took over the Black Caps in 2003, will coach English county team Gloucestershire from next season and agreed to step aside early to allow Moles to begin his tenure with a home series, New Zealand Cricket said in a statement.
Moles, 47, forged his reputation in New Zealand coaching Northern Districts and previously led Kenya and Scotland. The former Warwickshire batsman, who never played for England, will get his first action against West Indies starting Dec. 11.
“Andy has an outstanding coaching background,” Justin Vaughan, New Zealand Cricket’s chief executive officer, said in the statement. “He has made a real impact at Northern Districts over the past two seasons and also brings more than 15 years experience coaching at international level.”
Bracewell, whose contract was due to run into 2009, leaves the team ranked seventh in Test cricket and fifth in one-day internationals. His record in Tests so far is 13 wins, 19 defeats and eight draws, while in one-day internationals he is 62-46-1 and in Twenty20 games 5-10-1.

Englishman Ian Wellworth Arrested For Murder Attempt Against Diego Maradona
According to reports from the Argentine press, an Englishman was arrested on the day when Diego Armando Maradona made his official debut as the coach of Argentina against Scotland after the Englishman was planning to kill the legend.
The Englishman was identified as Ian Wellworth, a 43-year-old, who was detained when found in the possession of a machete.

David Beckham Spotted With Francesca Leiweke
David Beckham had always been spotted sneaking glances at cheerleaders, but this time the LA Galaxy star only had eyes for Leiweke,at an LA Lakers basketball game, who fans noticed like a younger and curvier version of Becks wife Victoria.
“The next few months will be tough on them. Victoria is stunned that people have suggested David might be off as soon as he got the opportunity. Any woman would feel paranoid with that speculation,” the Daily Star quoted a friend of theirs as saying.

Diego Maradona Starts With a WIN - Scotland 0 Argentina 1 - Pictures
Diego Maradona starts of his coaching career with a 1-0 win against Scotland: Pictures
Diego Maradona made his debut as Argentina's coach Wednesday (19th Nov, 2008), his team beating Scotland 1-0 in an exhibition game in the stadium where he scored the first goal of his extraordinary international career.
Maxi Rodriguez scored in the eighth minute at Hampden Park for an Argentina.
The datum that Argentina had enjoyed 73 per cent of possession to the Scots' 27 per cent in the first ten minutes of the match was a statistic that told no lie. Instead, the figure was an entirely true illustration of the visitors' superiority, which they themselves substantiated with the goal that gave them their early lead.
The home players, as usual, could not be accused of a lack of energy and commitment, but their best chance of achieving their objective seemed for most of the time to reside in the unsafe hands of Carrizo. The Lazio goalkeeper gave another example of his unreliability from a corner kick that, with a kinder bounce of the ball, would have brought the Scots level.

Kelly Preston Hollywood Celebrity
Kelly Preston
Model, actress, music video star, and Neutrogena spokesmodel Kelly Preston is also a devoted scientologist, wife, and mother. Before marrying her current husband, she was linked to several of Hollywood’s best known actors.
Kelly Preston was born on October 13, 1962, in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a teenager, her stunning looks allowed her to pursue a career in modeling. Discovered by a fashion photographer, he helped her find work in commercials and obtain small film roles. Eventually, casting directors took notice of the young beauty and began to cast her in more substantial parts. Preston’s first big-screen appearance was in the 1983 10 to Midnight. The rest of the decade would see her working steadily, appearing in such films as Christine, the film adaptation of the Stephen King novel; Amazon Woman on the Moon; and Twins, featuring big name actors Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito.
During the 1990s, Preston put her career on the back burner to devote most of her time to her young children. In the last number of years, however, she has once again begun to appear in film. They include the scientology-themed Battlefield Earth and the film version of Dr. Seuss’s The Cat in the Hat, starring Alec Baldwin and funny-man Mike Myers. Kelly was also featured in the 2004 Maroon 5 video for the song "She Will be Loved." As the older woman in a love triangle, the video saw Preston heating things up with lead singer Adam Levine.
