Formula 1 boss Max Mosley has launched a libel claim in the French courts over allegations that he was engaged in a Nazi-themed sex orgy. The News of the World reported that the FIA president joined five prostitutes in a five-hour orgy and published video of the alleged encounter.
A case is launched claiming invasion of privacy against the newspaper and members of its staff including its editor.
Max Mosley, 67 has accepted that he made a visit to prostitutes, but denies any Nazi-theme orgy.
